Meet the brain, heart and the hive
One of many manifestations of Unified People, is the experiment we call "The Brain, the Heart and the Hive." Mostly for fun, but also with a bit of seriousness.
In the human body, the brain is the executive organ, and the heart is the pump. While the brain is processing neuro code, the heart is keeping a steady blood supply. The heart is said to be the seat of emotions and the brain to be the home of the mind. It’s not true, we know, but we need both the heart and brain to function well.
“The Brain” in the constellation is Laust Lauridsen whereas the “Heart” is Ulrik Nerløe. With a medical background Laust ensures that models and methods are aligned with science. Ulrik cannot add much here. Instead, his holistic and intuitive approach helps clients solve even the biggest problems. He is a good listener and has a high empathy. Here is a filosofal type who loves to think or not to think, understand and do, connect brains and ideas, be close to people or stay away from them. Laust doesn't like wasting time, but does it all the time - especially in comfort with others or himself. He likes to explain and tell about everything between heaven and earth that has to do with the human existence. He is a skilled process designer and an attentive facilitator although he sometimes forgets to ask or listen. Mostly because ideas and solutions issues from his tireless brain. This seemingly inexhaustible creative source is used for writing texts and create concepts. At the moment Laust is developing what he calls "The New Work Paradigm". As a former incarnated fly-fisherman meditation and reflection comes easily to Laust - today performed on long walks and casual cooking.
Ulrik Nerløe, Unified People
