About Ulrik Nerløe
Ulrik, founder of Unified People, started the business in the autumn of 2010. Ulrik has gained experience in the fields of personal and leadership development throughout 18 years.
During this period he has worked as a sales manager, sales director and mentor in Danish as well as foreign companies. Furthermore he has had experience within management boards during 6 years.
Ulrik also knows about developing sales divisions, strategy, business advancement, and training of both employees and managers.
Similarly, Ulrik has extensive experience in areas such as corporate culture, motivation, engagement, and the impact of energy and job satisfaction – all-important factors each of which can affect the bottom line of organizations.
Additionally, mentor and sparring partner are competences that Ulrik also possesses, just as he has a natural talent for creating engagement and joy in people.
