Anna has an extensive background within Human Resources. She has been an HR manager and has had different positions where she worked with leader and talent management. Anna is knowledgeable about person assessment, career coaching and design as well as implementation of management development programs. She has also developed and implemented different management tools and processes for talent management (in short: development of proficiency profiles, systems for performance and potential assessment, succession planning, staff planning and analysis of competency development).
Anna is a certified UGL instructor, a Swedish leadership development program. In recent years, she has focused her career in personal development. Anna works a lot with the link between body, thoughts and feelings – the whole human being. Currently, she teachers and coaches in the field of stress management, mental strength & balance, personal leadership, group dynamics, conflict management and leadership.
Moreover, Anna is also certified as a yoga and meditation instructor. Oftentimes, she combines her knowledge from the business world with her understanding about the body, the mind, and the breath.
